Pax Nutraceuticals ships all orders through FedEx, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

What shipping methods does Pax Nutraceuticals offer?

Pax Nutraceuticals offers free 2-3 day shipping for orders over $79.95 and 2-3 day shipping for a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $79.95. We ship through FedEx for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

  • Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $79.95 – this does not include taxes or discounts.

Pax Nutraceuticals also ships to Puerto Rico using FedEx 2-3 day shipping for one flat rate of $15 for all orders.


Is Pax Nutraceuticals able to ship to all 50 states?

Pax Nutraceuticals can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a PO Box, we can ship your order via FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery.

Can Pax Nutraceuticals ship outside of the United States?

Pax Nutraceuticals can ship to all U.S. territories using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $79.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $79.95. Pax Nutraceuticals can also ship to Puerto Rico using 2-3 day shipping from FedEx for one flat rate of $15 for all orders. We do not ship internationally as of yet.

Can Pax Nutraceuticals ship to military bases?

Pax Nutraceuticals can ship to APO/FPO bases using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates free for all orders over $79.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $79.95.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at (704)-662-8783 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking.

Can my order ship through the weekend?

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

How soon can Pax Nutraceuticals ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my Pax Nutraceuticals order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at (704)-662-8783 to start a FedEx trace. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from Pax Nutraceuticals within 60 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
